OMGEVING
Het bouwblok ‘Westelijke Bergen van Borneo’ biedt een goede combinatie van stadswonen in moderne architectuur omringd door water en ruimte. De afgelopen twintig jaar is het gebied getransformeerd in een populaire woonwijk. De woning ligt aan het einde van het eiland, dus er is beperkt bestemmingsverkeer door de straat. Een bijna dorpse oase van rust, terwijl het stadsleven om de hoek ligt.
Op loopafstand bevinden zich meerdere basisscholen en kinderdagverblijven. Ook zijn er verschillende cafés en restaurants in de buurt, zoals De Oceaan, Kanis en De Zuid. Met de fiets ben je in 15 minuten in het centrum of op het Centraal Station. De levendige Javastraat is op loopafstand. Met de pont vanuit KNSM Eiland ben je zo in het hippe Amsterdam-Noord. Er zijn goede openbaar vervoersmogelijkheden, om de hoek is een bushalte. De Ring A10 is goed bereikbaar via de Piet Hein tunnel.
BEGANE GROND
Bij binnenkomst in de hal kun je rechts naar de ruime werkkamer. Door de royale plafondhoogte van ruim 3 meter is het hier heerlijk licht. Achter de werkkamer is de berging met meer dan genoeg ruimte voor opslag. Ook is het goed mogelijk om hier een tweede badkamer te plaatsen. Vanuit de berging stap je in de gemeenschappelijke parkeergarage, waar plek is voor je auto en de fietsen.

SURROUNDINGS

The Amsterdam motorway A10 is easily accessible via the Piet Hein tunnel.
