OMGEVING
Buiksloterham ligt tussen de twee hotspots van Amsterdam Noord: Overhoeks met Filmmuseum EYE en de Tolhuistuin en de populaire NDSM-werf, waar horeca zoals IJver, Loetje en Pllek en creatieve bedrijven zijn gevestigd. SUPERLOFTS VAN MARC KOEHLER ARCHITECTS

LIVING
Het waanzinnige, ruimtelijke ontwerp van de loft ervaar je al meteen bij binnenkomst. De plafondhoogte van maar liefst 5,5 meter is spectaculair. De op maat ontworpen bamboe trap met draadstaal en stalen pendules is een lust voor het oog. De betonwanden in combinatie met de PU Gietvloer, de massief houten tussenvloer, en het bamboe van de keuken en de trap geven de loft een moderne en toch warme uitstraling. De ruime woonkamer is heerlijk licht door de hoge glazen pui. Het licht straalt tot diep in de loft.
WOONKEUKEN
Het hart van de loft vormt de ruime luxe op maat gemaakte woonkeuken. Het kookeiland zorgt voor de verbinding met de woonkamer. De bamboe keuken is mooi gecombineerd met een rvs geborsteld keukenblad. Het bamboe van de keuken is geolied, maar kan ook eenvoudig gelakt worden. De keuken heeft een kokend water kraan van Grohe, vaatwasser en koelkast van Siemens en een Smeg hete lucht oven. Deze keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien!
BERGING
Achter de keuken is de ruime berging, waar tevens de wasmachine/droger en vriezer opstelling is.
BALKON en DAKTERRAS
Vanuit de woonkamer stap je zo het zonnige balkon op. Ook is er een gemeenschappelijk dakterras van 25m2 boven op het complex. Deze is per lift te bereiken en geeft uitzicht over grote delen van de stad, het IJ en de havens.
