Midden in het centrum maar toch rustig wonen: de Nieuwe Prinsengracht in de Plantagebuurt is de ideale locatie. Zicht op de gracht en je bent dicht bij de Amstel en het Koninklijk Theater Carré en de Hermitage. Op loopafstand vind je Artis, de sjieke Utrechtsestraat met al zijn boetieks, cafés en restaurants, de Stopera en de Hortus Botanicus.

The Nieuwe Prinsengracht is part of the eastern canals and easily accessible by public transport (tramlines 9 and 14) and the metro; Waterlooplein and Weesperplein. By car you can easily reach the Ring A10 via the IJ tunnel or Wibautstraat.
