OMGEVING
Buiksloterham ligt tussen de twee hotspots van Amsterdam Noord: Overhoeks met Filmmuseum EYE en de Tolhuistuin en de populaire NDSM-werf, waar horeca zoals Noorderlicht, Loetje en Pllek en creatieve bedrijven zijn gevestigd. Buiksloterham is een waterrijk en een verrassend gebied nabij het Johan van Hasseltkanaal, die in open verbinding staat met het IJ.
Voor je dagelijkse boodschappen kun je naar het vernieuwde Mosplein en de prachtig heringerichte van der Pekstraat met leuke nieuwe winkels en een aantal keer per week markt. SUPERLOFTS VAN MARC KOEHLER ARCHITECTS
Deze met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkte, luxe loft ligt op de tweede etage van de laagbouw van het appartementencomplex ‘Superlofts’, ontworpen door MKA (Marc Koehler Architects). De eigenaren hebben de charmante indeling en het luxe interieur van de loft in samenwerking met binnenhuisarchitecten van MKA en designers uit Amsterdam Noord vormgegeven, waaronder Octant Objects. Aandacht voor detail is hier het sleutelwoord en het resultaat is werkelijk prachtig!
De lofts zijn in 2017 opgeleverd. In totaal zijn er 19 koopappartementen, een parkeergarage en een gezamenlijk dakterras op de hoogbouw. De voordelen van nieuwbouw komen hier optimaal naar voren. ENTREE

WOONKEUKEN
Het hart van de loft vormt de ruime luxe op maat gemaakte woonkeuken. Deze is minimalistische uitgevoerd. De witte stalen kozijnen met eikenhouten glaslatten zorgen voor licht, warmte en verbinding met de woonkamer. Het verdiepte werkblad is afgewerkt met een zwarte Italiaanse mozaïek tegel. Luxe Dornbracht kraan, een Bora inductie kookplaat met recirculatie, een Miele vaatwasser en een wateraansluiting voor je espresso apparaat zorgen voor optimaal gebruiksgemak. De kastenwand aan de overzijde bevat, naast veel bergruimte, een combi hetelucht-stoomoven en magnetron van het A-merk Miele en een Liebherr koel/vriescombinatie. Deze keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien!
DAKTERRAS
Op het dakterras (24m2) is het al vanaf het vroege voorjaar goed toeven. Je hebt fraai uitzicht richting het IJ en tegelijkertijd privacy. Het stijlvol ontworpen dakterras met duurzame materialen vormt één geheel met het ontwerp van de loft. Alleen al de trap ernaartoe en het elektrische glazen dakluik zijn een lust voor het oog. De tuin met veelal prairiebeplanting is onderhoudsarm en heeft een isolerende en beschermende werking op het dak. Vanaf het voorjaar tot ver in het najaar zijn de bloeiende planten een trekpleister voor vlinders en bijen.
2 SLAAPKAMERS
De hoofdslaapkamer met de badkamer en suite bevindt zich achter de woonkamer en wordt afgescheiden door een massieve schuifdeur en een kastenwand. De mooi ingebouwde kastenwanden maken het ontwerp één geheel, geven veel privacy en vooral veel bergruimte. De gefreesde gordijnrails in het plafond met prachtige transparante gordijnen, maken het plaatje helemaal af. De tweede slaapkamers is achter de keuken en wordt nu gebruikt als logeer- en relaxkamer. Ook hier is alles op maat ontworpen en gemaakt.
BADKAMER
De badkamer en suite met vloerverwarming is stijlvol betegeld met een Italiaanse witte tegel. De badkamer heeft een ruime inloopdouche, een ligbad met zicht op de Amsterdamtoren, een dubbele wastafel en een toilet. De regendouche en de kranen zijn van Dornbracht en de spiegel heeft verwarming. De prachtige gesatineerde glazen taats deur vormt een semi transparante verbinding met de slaapkamer. Naast de keuken en tweede slaapkamer is gemakkelijk een tweede badkamer te creëren. Nu is hier het washok, met de wasmachine, droger en een extra toilet.
BERGING
De berging is in de onderbouw van het complex. Maar liefst 6 m2 groot en lekker praktisch dicht bij je eigen woning.

ERFPACHT

This luxurious loft, finished with high-quality materials, is located on the second floor of the low-rise building of the 'Superlofts' apartment complex, designed by MKA (Marc Koehler Architects). The owners have designed the loft's charming layout and luxurious interior in collaboration with interior designers from MKA and designers from Amsterdam Noord, including Octant Objects. Attention to detail is the keyword here and the results are truly beautiful!
The lofts were completed in 2017. In total there are 19 owner-occupied apartments, a parking and a shared roof terrace on the high-rise. The advantages of new construction are made very clear here. It’s a very sustainable home with low energy costs. The heating and cooling are centrally controlled via a heat/cold storage unit, the ventilation system reproduces heat and the windows are made of triple HR glass.
