Step by step
Rental advice
After we have viewed your home, you will receive non-binding rental advice from us with a rental price proposal, an elaboration of our work and the associated commission fee. Our proposal is based on the latest developments in rental legislation.
Type of contract
Based on your personal situation, we make a proposal for a type of rental contract and draw up the contract for you.
Presentation
We provide an attractive digital presentation with photos, a map and engaging text in Dutch and English.
Viewings
We arrange the viewings and select a good tenant who meets the conditions and can pay the rent.
Interior advice and styling tips
If you want to rent out furnished, we will give you interior advice and styling tips.
Check-in/check-out
The rental starts with the tenant's check-in on the first day of the start of the rental period. We take care of this check-in, as well as the check-out at the end of the rental period.
